PRIEST RIVER SPARTANS
PRLHS students are eligible to participate in athletics if they have passed six or more classes in the previous semester, are in good standing, have signed and abided the athletic code, and have a current physical exam card on file.
In order to participate in practice or any athletic activity or school activity or event students must be in attendance all day on the day of the practice, activity and/or event. A student may make prior arrangement with the administration and parents must make contact with the attendance office prior to the day of the absence.

Fall Sports will be starting up soon! You are receiving this letter because your child was a member of a fall sports team in the past or signed up this past spring. Please refer to the information below regarding dates and items needed to begin practice. Please share this information with others that may be interested in participating this fall.

August 7 5:00pm Fall Sports Paperwork, Notary and Fee Session @ PRLHS. School personnel will be available for paying fees, notarizing and collecting paperwork.
6:00pm Fall Sports Parent Orientation @ PRLHS.
6:30pm teams will disperse to classrooms for sport specific meetings.
August 8 Fall Concussion and Drug Testing - All athletes are required to have a baseline ImPACT test and passed a drug test to participate in practice. Athletes cannot participate without a baseline test on file.

A complete Spartan sports packet needs to be completed and on file with the following paperwork in order to participate. They can be downloaded from the district or school athletic webpage or picked up from central office Mon-Thur. 8-4pm
- Physical: All 9th and 11th grade athletes and anyone who doesn’t have a physical on file.
- Interim Questionnaire- Insurance information
- Activities Contract Agreement
- Student-Parent/Guardian warning
- Drug testing form – signed in front of a Notary. (This can be done 8/7 starting @ 5:00 PM).
- Concussion Baseline Test
$35 ASB fee due before first day of competition. $15 drug test fee due at the time of drug testing.
